Food and Drinks Policy
710 Split Bowling does not allow any outside food and drinks in the venue. Patrons will be asked to remove outside food and drinks from the premises, and refusal to do so will result in the guest to be asked to leave.

Special Exemptions
710 Split Bowling may make special exemptions for traditional desserts or for meeting the dietary requirements of some guests for parties. Please note if an exemption is made for dietary needs only the guest in question may have a brought in meal that is prepared at home. If a guest brings in a meal that is not prepared at home and is from another restaurant, on the day, the guest may be asked to pack away their meal. Please speak to your Booking Manager to apply for a Special Exemption.
Decorations
710 Split Bowling allows decorations to be bought in and set up in venue but please note we cannot have anything stuck up on our walls, windows or ceilings. For the safety of all patrons, nothing is allowed to block our walkways or fire doors and no furniture can be moved from their designated spot. We do not allow any types of confetti or confetti like decorations, party poppers, sparkler candles or other flammable items.
Alcohol
710 Split Bowling is a licensed venue and therefore we have a strict no outside alcohol policy. 710 Split Bowling has a legal obligation to confiscate any outside alcohol brought in and we will ask patrons to leave if they do not oblige. As a licensed venue, highly intoxicated patrons might be asked to leave our premesis as part of our licensing obligations.
Violent, Threatening and Disrespectful Behaviour
710 Split Bowling has a zero tolerance policy on violent or threatening behaviour. Disrespectful behaviour will be addressed by our managers and outcomes can vary from a warning to a banning from our premises. Patrons will then be asked to leave if they are given a ban from our premises. Management of 710 Split Bowling will also file a police report if a patron is banned due to violent, threatening or disrespectful behaviour. We strive to have a fun and enjoyable experience for all our guests and staff and we will take all complaints seriously.
Dress Code
710 Split Bowling is a casual and informal environment, that being said we have simple requirements of patron attire. All patrons must have public appropriate top and bottoms. If the patron is wearing clothing with highly offensive wording or graphics, the patron may be refused entry or asked to cover up. Our bowling and laser tag games require enclosed shoes. If you don't have appropriate foot wear we provide free rental at the front desk.
Smoking and Vaping
The NSW Government Smoke-Free Laws have prohibited smoking and using e-cigarettes in all enclosed public areas and certain outdoor areas excluding from 4 metres from all public entrances. This falls under the Smoke-Free Environment Act 2000 and the Smoke-Free Environment Regulation 2016. Vaping is classed as an e-cigarette and has the same bans. Patrons caught smoking or vaping within the banned areas will be addressed by management and may be asked to leave the premises.
Music and Entertainment
710 Split Bowling provides in-house curated music. Other music sources such as portable speakers are not allowed at 710 Split Bowling. This is for the enjoyment of all our patrons. Outside entertainment such as bands, clowns and other entertainers must be pre-approved by 710 Split Bowling's management team.
Refunds
Deposits:
710 Split Bowling has a 72 hour cancellation policy to receive a full refund for package deposits.
Bowling and Laser Games:
Game refunds can be provided as long as the games have not be started.
Food and Drinks:
Food and drink refunds will only be provided if there is agreed upon defects of the item or the item has not been prepared.
Arcade Tokens:
710 Split Bowling does not refund any tokens. Please make sure that you insert the correct note if paying by cash as the machine does not give change. Notes can be changed into smaller denominations at the bowling front counter to the note you require. If you are paying by card, please make sure you check the amount you have selected is correct on the eftpos terminal of the token machine before tapping/swiping/inserting your card.
Ball Damage
As a bowling alley, 710 Split Bowling understands our patrons may want to use their own bowling balls. As such, 710 Split Bowling takes no responsibility for damage to patrons bowling balls. If a patron would like to use their own bowling gear, the patron acknowledges that they use our lanes at their own risk.
Lost Property
Items found at 710 Split Bowling will be stored in our lost property for up to a month. If any contact information is found with the property we will attempt contact the owners. After a month all unclaimed items will be donated to charity or thrown out.
Pets and Animals
710 Split Bowling has a no animal policy, this is to ensure the safety and comfort of all other patrons. The only animals allowed inside 710 Split Bowling are Certified Service Animals. 710 Split Bowling's management may ask for documentation showing that the service animal is qualified, accredited and serving the person they are with. All Certified Service Animals must be clean, well behaved and obedient to its handler while in venue at all times. This follows the Federal Government's Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Please note that we do not allow Emotional Support Animals inside the premises.
